Heart Of Dixie’s Stars Stun On The Red Carpet
As if we weren’t already excited for Heart Of Dixie, Rachel Bilson’s big return to the small screen, we’ve just spotted a photo from this weekend’s big premiere in Burbank, and we’ve got a major fashion crush, too. Co-stars Bilson and Jaime King both rocked incredible looks we can’t wait to copy for fall: Jamie opted for a simple pair of sailor shorts and a tank-top with a stand-out collar, while Ms. Bilson looked lovely in a pretty pale peach pleated Erin Featherston frock. Our favorite part of the look? Her Edie Parker clutch. While magazine editors in NYC may throw this accessory in the freebie pile, us L.A. girls (like jewelry designerJennifer Meyer) are already big fans of these vintage-inspired evening bags, and we love how the bright green square clutch punctuated Rachel’s feminine evening look with just a little bit of color and quirk.

Angelina Jolie’s Designer Ball-And-Chain
No, she’s not planning a secret wedding to Brad Pitt, but Angelina Jolie is tied to something, at least for the night: Her Louis Vuitton Lockit PM Devotion clutch. The face of L.V. handbags rocked this very expensive evening bag to the Toronto Film Festival screening of Moneyball, and given her penchant for vials of blood and knives, this clutch seems right up Angie’s alley. The gilded bag certainly spices up Angelina’s sedated noir gown, but tell us, do you think this look works IRL, or should the handcuff-handbag stay in fashion editorials only? (USAToday)
Rad or Bad: Would You Wear White To Another Person’s Wedding…
First, Pippa Middleton stole the show with her Rear Of The Year in a white Alexander McQueen bridesmaid gown. Then Kate Moss had her bridal party decked out in pale dresses. And with Kim Kardashian’s black-and-white themed ceremony with sisters Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie wearing hues of ecru and eggshell, it’s official: Wearing white to another person’s wedding is no longer a faux pas. In fact, it’s a full-blown bridal trend. Though wearing a shade similar to that of the bride’s was usually seen as scene-stealing, it’s now not only acceptable, but also almost inescapable on high-profile aisles. But is it something you can only see happening for A-list stars, or do you think it will trickle down to weddings all over the place? Tell us—would you wear white to a friend’s wedding—or better yet, would you choose to have your bridal party rock a light and white dress? (TheFrisky)

Jenni Kayne’s Newest Collection Proves It’s All About Yellow For Resort
Nobody does vacation-chic quite like Jenni Kayne. While we love her main collections, we’ll always have a corner of our heart reserved for her beach- and boat-ready clothing, because she always gets that Cali cool look right. So, you know we flipped when we spotted her latest resort offerings—especially the bright and bold yellow pieces. While the cheery hue of yellow is anything but mellow, we still can’t wait to lounge around in these highlighter hues the second they hit stores.
Resort collection is available for pre-order at Jenni Kayne, 616 North Almont Drive (at Santa Monica Boulevard); 310-860-0123.

Pink: But not just any pink! Honeysuckle pink (a bright, almost reddish hue) was voted the color of the year by Pantone, and, as far as fashion goes, it showed up on miles of spring 2011 runways, from Jil Sander to Valentino to DKNY. This signature pink also loved to pair up with other brights like aqua and orange or offering some bold contrast to more neutral tones like khaki and sand.
